Schuiten Builders LLC was able to take this restoration project and turn it into a renovation project. This home was built in the early 70’s. When it suffered from smoke damage, Schuiten Builders was able to redesign the layout of the home into a modern open concept.
Kitchen Design
The kitchen was completely redesigned and rebuilt. 18′ of support wall was removed and supported from above with LVL beams installed in the attic. This gave this old house a new modern open look and feel.
